Most clients start with an assessment, then continue with a pack.
Session length
60 minutes for adults, surfers and kids’ sport. Kids’ swimming lessons last 45 minutes.
Included
Travel within the area, all the kit (bands, kettlebells, mats), your written plan and regular re-tests.
Packs
A 10-session pack brings home training from €70 to €60 a session. Surf Strength drops to €17.50 with the 8-session card.
Where
Travel is included from Oeiras to Cascais. Lisbon proper is €10 extra per session. Further away? Ask.
