How the details you send through this website are used.

Who receives your data

Dejan Mitrovic, private coach based in Parede, Portugal.

What is collected

Only what you type into a form: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, where you live, what you’re interested in, the time you choose and your message. Please don’t include medical details, or details about your children beyond their age.

Why

To reply to your request and arrange a session. Your details aren’t used for marketing.

Where it goes

Messages and booking requests are sent by email through Aruba and arrive in Dejan’s email inbox. Booking requests are also stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU, so that Dejan can manage his calendar. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the EU.

How long

Declined, cancelled and unanswered booking requests are deleted from the database 30 days after the requested time. Approved appointments are deleted after 12 months. Emails stay in Dejan’s inbox for as long as he needs them to deal with your request or, if you become a client, to work with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by replying to Dejan’s message. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
